Focus on the Dot

Focus on the dot in the centre and move your head backwards and forwards, what is happening?

Isn’t it cool?

Someone just emailed me and need to share with you.

Similarly in our life, when we want to achieve something we need to focus. Sometimes when we are too focused and unsure of what we are doing. It is necessary to step further back to view the greater picture, so that we can catch ourselves if we need to change the direction of where we are going.

Focus on the dot again without moving your head, see that nothing happens.  You actually must take action so that it seemed there is motion.  As a bizmum I know that I have to stay focus on what I want to achieve for my business and at the same time keep my family well and healthy.  The head movement can be compared to my multi-tasking and juggling. I am sure, a lot of single mothers can relate to that.

If sometimes you feel like you are losing focus on what are doing, just visit my blog and start again where you left off.  Remember, sometimes, it is necessary to break off, do something different and regain your energy to come at full force to what you want to continue or finish doing it.

Taking a break also is a breather; it brings you new ideas,  meet you people and may be just the right nudge you needed to do something you had always dreamed of.

I find it helpful to write a word or two on a piece of paper and stick it on the fridge, the door or the wall, to remind me to focus.

Today let’s contemplate on the word FOCUS and see what thoughts come to you and perhaps come back share some of your thoughts for other readers and me.
