lotus1Branding is a process in which a mark, usually a symbol or ornamental pattern.

Brand is defined as a name, logo, slogan, and/or design scheme associated with a product or service.

As per Wikipedia, there are personal branding, human branding, livestock branding, wood branding, national branding, co-branding, branding agency, vehicle title branding and BDSM branding for bonding of the partners, and marking of a submissive.


Whatever the purpose, branding gives us recognition and/or attention we so desire whether it is for a business or a personal reason.

The literal meaning of branding was when the skin of a living being or animal was burnt and marked. Thereby no one could steal or make claim. Take this concept in our business world today; we brand our products, our services, and our status so that it leaves a great impression on the people.
